目的探讨磁共振对小灶性脑挫伤诊断的作用。方法收集31例急诊CT检查阴性,磁共振检查有小灶性脑挫伤发现的颅脑外伤病例,并作回顾性总结分析。结果 31例CT急诊检查均未发现脑实质损伤征象,磁共振检查共发现病灶45个,其中额叶底部、颞叶深部、小脑等颅底病灶25个,占全部病灶的56%。T1FLAIR序列检出病灶15个,T2FSE序列检出病灶26个,T2FLAIR序列检出病灶40个,DWI检出病灶42个。结论对轻型颅脑损伤患者的诊断中,磁共振对小灶性脑挫伤具有较高的检出率,可以有效避免漏诊。
Objective To investigate the effect of magnetic resonance on the diagnosis of focal cerebral contusion. Methods A total of 31 cases of craniocerebral trauma with negative CT examination and MRI examination of small focal cerebral contusion were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results There were no signs of brain parenchymal injury in all the 31 cases of CT. There were 45 lesions found in MRI. There were 25 skull base lesions at the base of the frontal lobe, deep temporal lobe and cerebellum, accounting for 56% of all lesions. There were 15 lesions detected by T1FLAIR sequence, 26 lesions detected by T2FSE sequence, 40 lesions detected by T2FLAIR sequence and 42 lesions detected by DWI. Conclusion In the diagnosis of patients with mild craniocerebral injury, magnetic resonance imaging has a high detection rate of focal cerebral contusion, which can effectively avoid missed diagnosis.
