[目的]系统评价诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]电子检索Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane、CBM、CNKI、VIP和万方数据库,收集有关iNOS在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其与临床特征关系的病例对照研究。用Stata9.2统计软件包进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入病例对照研究8篇,合计研究对象502例。Meta分析结果显示,iNOS在鼻咽癌组织的表达高于正常鼻咽黏膜组织(OR=27.42,95%CI:13.51~55.64);在鼻咽癌组织中,有淋巴结转移者的iNOS表达高于无淋巴结转移者(OR=2.39,95%CI:1.33~4.30),低T分期者的iNOS表达低于高T分期者(OR=0.30,95%CI:0.14~0.64);而在不同年龄及性别中iNOS的表达差异无统计学意义。[结论]iNOS在鼻咽癌组织中呈高表达,并与淋巴结转移和T分期关联密切,提示其过度表达与鼻咽癌的发生、发展、浸润和转移密切相关。
[Objective] To systematically evaluate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and its clinical significance. [Methods] Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database were searched electronically to collect case-control study on the relationship between iNOS expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and clinical features. Stata9.2 statistical software package for meta-analysis. [Results] A total of 8 cases were included in the case-control study, with a total of 502 cases. The results of Meta analysis showed that the expression of iNOS in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was higher than that in normal nasopharyngeal mucosa (OR = 27.42, 95% CI: 13.51-55.64). In nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the expression of iNOS in patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than The expression of iNOS in patients with low T stage was lower than those with high T stage (OR = 0.30, 95% CI: 0.14-0.64) without lymph node metastasis (OR = 2.39,95% CI: 1.33-4.30) Sex differences in iNOS expression was not statistically significant. [Conclusion] iNOS is highly expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and closely related to lymph node metastasis and T stage, suggesting that overexpression of iNOS is closely related to the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
