叙述了18Ni8Co5Mo马氏体时效钢的机械及冷冲压性能;研究了该钢种在冷冲压成形时几种热处理状态(固溶态及各种过时效态)对工件变薄的影响;摸索了几种润滑条件在冷冲压成形过程中对减少工件变薄的作用;采用650℃经2小时过时效处理的工艺、板材表面喷Qo—1型清漆后加机油润滑、以及在工件变薄区附近增加抵抗拉伸变形的阻力,成功地获得一次冷冲压件变薄率可达到10%左右的直径65毫米的半球形。用该种工艺研制φ300毫米的半球形件,其变薄率可达15%左右。
The mechanical and cold stamping properties of 18Ni8Co5Mo maraging steel are described. The effects of several heat treatment conditions (solid solution state and various aging conditions) on the thinning of the workpiece during cold stamping are investigated. Lubrication conditions in the cold stamping process to reduce the role of thinning; using 650 ℃ after 2 hours of over-aging process, the plate surface after spraying Qo-1 varnish plus oil lubrication, and thinning area near the workpiece increases Resistance to resistance to tensile deformation, the successful access to a cold stamping thinning rate of up to about 10% of the hemisphere diameter of 65 mm.
