采用光塑性法对FM上下V型砧新锻造法的锻件心部应力状态进行了测试与计算。得出了当砧宽比W/D=0.34时,锻件心部处于三向压应力的结果。该结果与作者所作的定性模拟结果相吻合。研究内容对生产实践有指导意义。
The stress state of the forgings of the forging method of FM up and down V-shaped anvil new forging method was tested and calculated by the method of photo-plasticity. The results show that when the ratio of anvil width W / D = 0.34, the forging heart is in three-direction compressive stress. The result is consistent with the qualitative simulation results made by the author. The research contents have guiding significance to production practice.
