近年来,部队财务干部队伍建设,特别是师团财务干部队伍正规化建设,引起了各级党委的重视,发生了很大变化。然而,如何进一步适应市场经济体制对财务人员的要求,这是一个不得不注意的问题。当前,应尽快研究对策,采取有效措施。文章认为,要合理配置财务干部,注重干部进出平衡,引入人才流动机制,实施财务干部文职制度管理,加强业务培训,以充分发挥财务人才队伍的整体效率,作好社会主义市场经济条件下的军队财务保障工作,实现“保障有力”。
In recent years, the building of contingent of military cadres in the armed forces, especially the formalization of the contingent of financial cadres in the divisional mission, has drawn great attention from party committees at all levels and has undergone great changes. However, how to further adapt to the requirements of the financial personnel in the market economy system is a problem that must be noticed.
