I. Introduction Himeji Port is close to Japan’s main industrial city of Osaka and Mt. Okayama, which plays an important role in the import and export of materials. There are Noda Tagawa estuary in the port area and the industrial estates are to be built on both banks of the estuary. Noda Tagawa bridge The estuary is about 1.1 kilometers from the road bridge (see Figure 1). The Noda Bridge consists of a curved bridge on the right bank, a bridge across the river, and a bridge on the left bank.
