以社会网络分析中的强联系优势理论为基础,运用最小二乘法,通过对人际网络节点的个人能力和人际关系能力两个维度的分析,提出一种团队成员构成选择策略。同时,在VC6.0平台基础上设计了一套数据处理分析软件。通过该软件对一个实际组织进行实证研究。最后运用模糊综合评判法对结果进行验证,证明该策略所得结果是可靠的,可为组织的人力资源配置与团队的优化提供重要手段。
Based on the theory of strong ties in social network analysis, using the least square method, this paper proposes a selection strategy of team members based on the two dimensions of personal ability and interpersonal competence of human network nodes. At the same time, a set of data processing analysis software is designed on the basis of VC6.0 platform. Empirical study of a real organization through the software. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to verify the result, which proves that the result of the strategy is reliable and can provide an important means for the organization’s human resource allocation and team optimization.
