提出凸轮机构与伺服控制系统的集成设计理论 ,其基本思想是以微机控制的伺服马达改变凸轮的输入转速函数来改善从动系统的运动学及动力学特性 ,其核心在于利用伺服控制系统的柔性来弥补刚性凸轮机构的不足 ,以期获得具有超等品质的机械 .提出凸轮_伺服集成系统的系统设计准则 ,并应用最优控制理论提出改善从动件运动学特性以及抑制从动系统振动响应的凸轮转速函数的设计方法 ,从而建立起凸轮机构与伺服控制系统集成设计理论的基本框架
The theory of integrated design of cam mechanism and servo control system is put forward. The basic idea is to improve the kinematics and dynamics of the driven system by changing the input rotational speed function of the cam with the microcomputer-controlled servo motor. The core of the system is to utilize the flexibility of the servo control system To make up for the shortcomings of the rigid cam mechanism, in order to obtain a machine with super quality.A system design criterion of the cam-servo integrated system is proposed and the optimal control theory is put forward to improve the kinematics of the follower and to suppress the vibration response of the driven system Cam speed function of the design method, thus establishing a cam mechanism and servo control system integrated design theory of the basic framework
