为比较与评价马链球菌马亚种ZZM3-M株和马链球菌兽疫亚种ZZM2-S株联合免疫效果,本研究选取ZZM3-M株和ZZM2-S株分离菌株作为免疫原菌株,对两株菌灭活并免疫昆明白小鼠,通过对小鼠抗体效价、抗体分型检测、攻毒保护力、菌体载量及病理组织学观察实验评价联合免疫后的保护效果。结果显示,ZZM3-M+ZZM2-S联合免疫组及ZZM3-M、ZZM2-S单独免疫组均可诱导特异性抗体产生,且联合免疫组抗体效价可达1∶8100,联合免疫组对ZZM3-M和ZZM2-S的免疫保护率分别为90%和100%,优于这两种菌株单独免组,联合免疫诱导的抗体亚型以IgG1为主,菌体载量检测显示联合免疫组可有效减少脏器的损伤,病理组织学观察显示联合免疫可显著减轻改善这两种菌引起的病理损伤。
In order to compare and evaluate the combined immunogenicity of ZZM3-M and ZZM2-S strains of Streptococcus equi, the ZZM3-M and ZZM2-S isolates were selected as the immunogenic strains, Strains were inactivated and immunized Kunming white mice. Effectively reduce organ damage, histopathological observations show that combined immunization can significantly reduce the pathological damage caused by these two kinds of bacteria to improve.
