女子七项全能是由跑、跳、投等7个田径项目组成的综合性女子比赛项目,包括:100米栏、200米、800米、跳高、跳远、铅球、标枪。在日常训练中如何采用合理有效的方法来提高全能运动员的专项水平,是每一位教练员和运动员深刻思考的问题。为此,笔者把在训练中常用的一些专项力量训练方法介绍出来与大家分享,以期为全能运动专项力量训练的发展提供参考。一、何谓专项力量
