从成熟滤柱中成功筛选出3种具有去除Mn2+效果较强的革兰氏阳性细菌,并对其生理生化特性进行详细研究。3种菌体适宜生长的pH值和温度范围很广,在富营养和贫营养条件下都可以良好生长,并对Mn2+去除效果很好,去除率均在86%以上,去除率增高阶段对应菌体的对数生长期阶段。采用聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠混合包埋的方法将菌体包埋,制成的固定化颗粒机械强度高,传质性能好;固定化颗粒与廉价河砂混合填埋的柱子对贫营养模拟水中的Mn2+去除效果很好,3种菌体最大去除率均大于85.6%。
Three kinds of Gram-positive bacteria with strong removal of Mn2 + were successfully screened from the mature filter column, and their physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied in detail. The growth of pH and temperature range of the three kinds of cells suitable for growth are good under both eutrophic and oligotrophic conditions and removal of Mn2 + is very good with the removal rates above 86% Body logarithmic growth phase. Immobilized particles made of polyglactin and sodium alginate were entrapped, the immobilized particles were prepared with high mechanical strength and good mass transfer performance. The column filled with immobilized particles mixed with cheap river sand, Mn2 + removal effect is very good, the maximum removal rate of three kinds of bacteria are greater than 85.6%.
