1982年底三明地区大田县发生一次小儿腹泻暴发流行,全县共有1056人发病,婴幼儿占82.3％。建设公社发病261人,其中紫绀型31人,死亡16人,病死率6.66％。1983年10月1日开始,建设公社又发生小儿腹泻流行,至12月6日,全公社发病共计207人,其中紫绀型12例,死亡5人,病死率2.42％。现将二年来资料较完整的9例紫绀型患儿的临床表现和治疗经过报告如下。
In 1982, an outbreak of pediatric diarrhea occurred in Datian County in Sanming Prefecture. A total of 1056 people were affected in the county, accounting for 82.3% of all infants. 261 people were involved in the construction of the commune, of which 31 were cyanotic, 16 were dead and their case fatality rate was 6.66%. Beginning October 1, 1983, there was a recurrence of pediatric diarrhea in the commune of construction. As of December 6, there were a total of 207 persons in the communes, including 12 cyanosis cases and 5 deaths, with a case fatality rate of 2.42%. Now two years more complete information on the 9 cases of cyanosis in children with clinical manifestations and treatment were reported as follows.
