研究了YG6X、YT15、YG8-1、YG8-2和金刚石铣刀机械加工碳化硅/铝基复合材料过程中的磨损性能。结果表明,对于硬质合金刀具来说,致密度高的刀具耐磨损性较高、使用寿命更长。金刚石铣刀的磨损量是最小的,并且可以快速进入稳定切削状态。
The wear behavior of YG6X, YT15, YG8-1, YG8-2 and diamond cutter in machining silicon carbide / aluminum matrix composites was studied. The results show that, for carbide cutting tools, high density tool wear resistance, longer service life. Diamond cutter wear is the smallest, and can quickly enter the steady state of cutting.
