弯曲成型属于塑性变形。由于弹性回复的存在,在弯曲外力撤去后,弯曲部分的曲率和角度会发生回弹,所以弯曲件在弯曲后不可避免地会发生回弹现象,从而影响零件的精度。研究弯曲模凸凹模间隙大小以及凸模补偿角大小对弯曲件成形后尺寸的影响具有很大的意义。设计此弯曲模就是为了研究在弯曲过程中各种因素对弯曲件成形后尺寸精度的影响,从而进一步加深对弯曲过程的认识。对于U形件弯曲,减小回弹通常采用背压法和补偿角补偿,或使用校正弯曲,因此弯曲模凸凹模间隙和补偿角的大小对弯曲件成形后的尺寸精度有着直接的影响。设计可以调节凸凹模间隙和更换凸模的模具对于研究凸凹模间隙和补偿角对弯曲件成形后尺寸精度的影响具有很大的帮助,因此设计实验弯曲模对教学研究具有一定的必要性。
Bending is plastic deformation. Due to the existence of elastic recovery, after the bending external force is removed, the curvature and angle of the curved portion will rebound, so the curved piece inevitably will rebound after bending, thus affecting the precision of the part. It is of great significance to study the effect of gap size of punch and die and the size of punch compensation angle on the size of bent part. The design of this bending die is to study the influence of various factors on the dimensional accuracy of the bending part after bending in order to further deepen the understanding of the bending process. For the U-shaped bending, the rebound reduction usually adopts the back pressure method and the compensation angle compensation, or the use of the correction bending. Therefore, the size of the punch die gap and the compensation angle of the bending die has a direct influence on the dimensional accuracy of the bending part after forming. Designing a die that can adjust the clearance between punch and die and changing the punch can help to study the influence of punch and die clearance and compensation angle on the dimensional accuracy of the bent part. Therefore, it is necessary to design experimental bending die for teaching research.
