文章针对艺术体操训练中运动损伤产生的原因,提出了一些积极合理的预防措施。要全面发展身体素质;合理安排运动量;做好充分的准备活动;认真研究动作技术;及时纠正错误动作。以期能减少运动损伤的发生,提高艺术体操训练效果。
In this paper, some positive and reasonable precautionary measures are put forward in view of the causes of sports injuries in rhythmic gymnastics training. To fully develop the physical fitness; reasonable arrangements for exercise; do a good job of preparatory activities; serious study of motor skills; timely correction of wrong moves. In order to reduce the occurrence of sports injuries and improve the effectiveness of artistic gymnastics training.
