采用猪油或玉米油的高脂高胆固醇饲料诱导出大鼠高血脂模型,并以基础饲料为对照,观察了各组动物的血清钙、镁、铜、锌、铁、铬和锰的变化。结果表明,高血脂动物血清铜/锌比值低于对照组,血清铜、镁、铬和铜/锌比值与血脂中总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)呈负相关,血清铬与LDL-C负相关。还观察了各种元素与大脑脂褐素及脂质过氧化物之间的关系。
The model of hyperlipidemia was induced by using high fat and cholesterol feed with lard or corn oil. The changes of serum calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron, chromium and manganese in each group were observed with the basic diet as control. The results showed that the serum copper / zinc ratio in hyperlipidemic animals was lower than that in the control group, the serum copper, magnesium, chromium and copper / zinc ratios were negatively correlated with total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) Serum chromium negatively correlated with LDL-C. Also observed a variety of elements and the relationship between lipofuscin and lipid peroxidation in the brain.
