作为林德-厦门叉车有限公司的信息技术处处长,我这7年几乎就围绕着 ERP 的发展而发展着。更准确地说,自工作以来,我就在和 ERP 打交道。林德-厦门叉车有限公司是一家中外合资的企业,在成立之初就把 ERP 的实施放在了工作一览表里。但是,1996年时,国内 ERP 市场上的供应商还非常少,只有几家洋品牌,还算活跃。但即使 SAP 在当时也只是刚成立中国公司,还没有考虑汉化的工作。到1997、1998年,国内才出现了 ERP 厂商。虽然 ERP 气候不成熟,但企业的发展却等不起,因此,凭借我多年管理软件实施经验,我们公司的信息化建设还是有条不紊地进行着。
