目的：探讨超声造影在创伤性脾破裂诊断中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析40例经手术证实的创伤性脾破裂患者超声造影与常规超声的表现,比较两种方法在创伤性脾破裂诊断和分型中的价值。结果：40例创伤性脾破裂患者,常规超声出现改变的35例,诊断率为87.5%（35/40）,超声造影诊断创伤性脾破裂的诊断率为100%,两种方法诊断率比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.37,P〈0.05）；超声造影分型准确率为92.5%（37/40）,常规超声分型准确率为72.5%（29/40）,两种方法分型准确率比较差异有统计学意义（χ2
