在骨肿瘤X光片中,由于肿瘤与周围组织X光吸收系数相差不大,肿瘤本身边缘模糊,加上X光片拍摄过程中由于光线照度不均匀和光线的照射角度不同带来的影响,使得传统的边缘检测方法难以实施。本文运用一种径向搜索方法,从肿瘤内部向四周扫描,最后经双线性插值,形成完整的边缘曲线。实验结果表明,本方法检测的边界真实,定位准确,连续性好,适合对骨肿瘤X光图像进行定量分析。
In the bone tumor X-ray film, the X-ray absorption coefficient of the tumor and the surrounding tissue are not much different, the edge of the tumor itself is blurred, and the influence of the uneven illumination of the light and the illumination angle of the X-ray film are different. Making traditional edge detection methods difficult to implement. In this paper, a radial search method is used to scan from the inside of the tumor to four weeks. Finally, bilinear interpolation is used to form a complete edge curve. Experimental results show that the method has the advantages of true boundary detection, accurate positioning and good continuity, and is suitable for quantitative analysis of bone tumor X-ray images.
