马尔尼菲青霉(penicillium marneffei,PM)是一种主要累及免疫缺陷患者的条件致病性双相真菌。近年来随着AIDS患者的增多,马尔尼菲青霉病(penicilliposis marneffei,PSM)的发病率呈现逐年上升的趋势,该病的病情凶险,治疗困难,死亡率高,但其发病机制和发展规律目前尚不完全清楚。动物试验作为一项有效的疾病研究手段,已经被广泛应用于包括PSM在内的真菌病研究中,根据所获结果与人类疾病进行比较,有助于更科学、合理地认识人类疾病的发病机制和发展规律,现对PM动物试验的相关研究现状进行综述。
