自从Lawrence发现并研究转移因子以来,已经有40多年的历史。在这期间不但进行了许多理论研究,而且还进行了大量的临床应用研究。但要给转移因子在临床应用方面下一个客观公正的结论尚有一定困难。从众多的报道和我们的研究者,转移因子对某些病例如支气管哮喘确有其他药物不能与之相比的疗效,对重症肌无力的某些病例也确有很好的疗效。这可能就是出现转移因子热的原因。但遗憾的是从临床上看同一类型的疾病（目前还不能区别它们的不同）,多数是无效的,或至少效果很差。之所以出现这种情况,我们认为还要回到转移因子的理论方面去找原因。
More than 40 years have passed since Lawrence discovered and studied the transfer factor. During this period, not only did a lot of theoretical research, but also carried out a large number of clinical applications. However, there is still some difficulty in giving an objective and fair conclusion about the transfer factor in clinical application. From numerous reports and our investigators, the transfer factor does not work in some cases, such as bronchial asthma, compared with other drugs, and in some cases of myasthenia gravis there is indeed a good effect. This may be the reason for the heat of the transfer factor. However, it is regrettable that most of the same types of diseases in the clinic (the difference between them are not yet known) are mostly ineffective or at least ineffective. The reason why this happens, we think we still have to go back to the theoretical aspects of the transfer factor to find the reason.
