LD抽运Cr~(4+):YAG被动调Q内腔式PbWO_4锁模拉曼激光器实验研究

采用激光二极管(LD)抽运Cr4+:YAG被动调Q内腔式PbWO4锁模拉曼激光器获得了稳定的、调制深度为100%的调Q锁模拉曼脉冲。抽运功率为6.3W时,获得的锁模拉曼激光输出功率为582mW,抽运光到一阶斯托克斯光的转换效率为9.24%,斜效率为10.6%,调Q脉冲重复频率为41.3kHz,脉宽为6ns,锁模脉冲重复频率为1.1GHz,锁模脉冲宽度小于207ps。 A Q modulated Raman pulse with a stable modulation depth of 100% was obtained by pumping a Cr4 +: YAG passively Q-switched cavity-mode PbWO4 mode-locked Raman laser with a laser diode (LD). When the pumping power is 6.3W, the output power of the mode-locked Raman laser is 582mW, the conversion efficiency of pump light to first order Stokes light is 9.24% and the ramp efficiency is 10.6%. The Q-switched pulse repetition frequency is 41.3kHz pulse width of 6ns, mode-locked pulse repetition frequency of 1.1GHz, mode-locked pulse width of less than 207ps.
