应用自己制备的花生凝集素(PNA)单克隆抗体和ABC免疫组织化学方法结合其他三种凝集素(蓖麻凝集素、伴刀豆凝集素和荆豆凝集素)检测PNA对270例各种肿瘤和正常结、直肠粘膜结合的情况。30例结肠癌、71例直肠癌、14例胃癌、12例食道癌和87例各种非消化道的恶性肿瘤,PNA阳性率分别为76.6%,50.7%,7.1%,16.6%和1.1%。30例正常结、直肠粘膜及26例各种良性病变PNA标记均为阴性。PNA标记的阳性率,对消化道癌肿显著高于非消化道的癌肿,消化道癌肿中结、直肠癌显著高于胃与食道癌,肠癌中结肠癌显著高于直肠癌,结果提示PNA是一种对结、直肠癌的诊断与鉴别诊断,新的有用工具。

PNA markers were negative in 30 normal and rectal mucosa and 26 benign lesions. The positive rate of PNA markers was significantly higher in cancers of the digestive tract than in non-digestive cancers. The incidence of colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that of gastric and esophageal cancers. Colon cancer was significantly higher than rectal cancer. It suggests that PNA is a new and useful tool for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
