从2000年汽车销量208万辆到2011年汽车销量1851万辆,我们已是名符其实的汽车大国。但是从供应链的角度来看,中国汽车零部件水平的发展好的机会没有把握住,明显没有跟上汽车行业的发展速度,展望未来任重而道远。零部件的质量是未来市场竞争的根本,目前汽车发展增速放缓而带来了更加激烈的竞争,而质量无疑是我们竞争的王牌。增速放缓的内部环境是车型结构调整的加速,低价的需求在快速地萎缩。这样就让客户更加关注质量。我国汽车零部件行业的核心技术大多掌握在外资品牌手中。竞争的加剧加速产品的更新换代,技术不能实现本土化将会成为未来发展的瓶颈。
From 2.08 million car sales in 2000 to 18.51 million car sales in 2011, we have become a veritable car power. However, from a supply chain perspective, the opportunities for the development of China’s auto parts and components have not been well grasped. Obviously they have not kept up with the pace of development of the automobile industry and have a long way to go in the future. The quality of spare parts is fundamental to future market competition. At present, the slowdown in the growth of automobile industry has brought more intense competition. Quality is undoubtedly the trump card of our competition. The slowdown in the internal environment is the acceleration of structural adjustment, low-cost demand is rapidly shrinking. This allows customers to pay more attention to quality. China’s auto parts industry, most of the core technology in the hands of foreign brands. Increasing competition to speed up product replacement, technology can not be localized will be the bottleneck in the future.
