目的研究药用滨海植物厚藤(Ipomoea Pes-caprae(L.)Sweet)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱从厚藤的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离到8个化合物,经理化常数和波谱分析鉴定了这8个化合物的结构。结果它们分别是十九烷酸(Ⅰ)、阿魏酸(Ⅱ)、咖啡酸(Ⅲ)、尼泊金甲酯(Ⅳ)、5,7-二羟基-4’-甲氧黄酮(Ⅴ)、5,7-二羟基-4’-甲氧黄酮醇(Ⅵ)、4’-羟基-3,5,7-三甲氧黄酮(Ⅶ)和7,3’,4’-三羟基-5-甲氧黄酮醇(Ⅷ)。结论其中,阿魏酸、咖啡酸、尼泊金甲酯、5,7-二羟基-4’-甲氧黄酮、5,7-二羟基-4’-甲氧黄酮醇、4’-羟基-3,5,7-三甲氧黄酮和7,3’,4’-三羟基-5-甲氧黄酮醇为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of medicinal coastal plant Ipomoea Pes-caprae (L.) Sweet. Methods Eight compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extracts of Eucheuma japonica by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. The structures of the eight compounds were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. As a result, they are nonadecanoic acid (Ⅰ), ferulic acid (Ⅱ), caffeic acid (Ⅲ), methylparaben (Ⅳ), and 5,7-dihydroxy- , 5,7-dihydroxy-4’-methoxyflavone (VI), 4’-hydroxy-3,5,7-trimethoxyflavone (VII) and 7,3 ’, 4’-trihydroxy-5- Methoxyflavone (Ⅷ). Conclusions Of these, ferulic acid, caffeic acid, methylparaben, 5,7-dihydroxy-4’-methoxyflavone, 5,7-dihydroxy- 3,5,7-trimethoxyflavone and 7,3 ’, 4’-trihydroxy-5-methoxyflavonol were isolated from this plant for the first time.
