目的调查农村中小学校饮用水卫生现状,为采取有效的防护措施提供依据。方法编制统一调查表对广丰县农村中小学校开展现场卫生学调查,并在每所学校采集水样1份进行检测。结果广丰县72所农村中小学校中使用集中式供水占62.50%;使用井水占37.50%。有52所学校的水样符合国家生活饮用水卫生标准,合格率为72.22%;其中45所集中式供水学校水样合格率100.00%,27所使用井水的学校水样合格率为25.93%;集中式供水与井水两者合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。20份不合格水样中,微生物指标不合格有18份,理化指标不合格有2份。结论广丰县农村中小学校生活饮用水存在着安全隐患,应健全学校生活饮用水卫生安全管理体系,建立学校生活饮用水长效监督管理机制。
Objective To investigate the status quo of drinking water hygiene in primary and secondary schools in rural areas and provide basis for effective protective measures. Methods Prepare a unified questionnaire to carry out on-site hygiene survey in rural primary and secondary schools in Guangfeng County and collect 1 water sample from each school for testing. Results The use of centralized water supply in 72 rural primary and secondary schools in Guangfeng County accounted for 62.50%; the use of well water accounted for 37.50%. There are 52 schools that meet the national drinking water health standards, with a pass rate of 72.22%; of which 45 centralized schools for water samples passing rate of 100.00%, 27 wells using well water sampling rate of 25.93%; There was a significant difference in qualified rate between centralized water supply and well water (P <0.05). In 20 unqualified water samples, there were 18 unqualified microbial indicators and 2 unqualified physical and chemical indicators. Conclusion There is a potential safety hazard in the drinking water of primary and secondary schools in rural areas of Guangfeng County. Health and safety management system of school drinking water should be perfected, and long-term supervision and management mechanism of school drinking water should be established.
