为了扭转国有企业效益下滑、亏损面逐年增大的局面,民企与国企通过多种形式的合作建立混合所有制企业,可以发挥各自优势,取长补短,优势互补。混合所有制企业可以改变股权结构弊端,打破家族式的管理模式,建立现代企业制度,完善法人治理结构,扩大产业领域,提高市场占有率,使企业规模和效益最大化。我国市场经济尤其是国企改革所取得的成就,与发达国家还有一定距离,学习借鉴这些发达国家在国企改革中积累的丰厚经验和教训,可以使我国混合所有制改革少走弯路,降低成本。 In order to reverse the situation that the profits and losses of state-owned enterprises are increasing year by year, private-owned enterprises and state-owned enterprises establish mixed-ownership enterprises through various forms of cooperation. They can play their respective advantages and learn from each other’s strengths and complement each other’s strengths. The mixed ownership enterprises can change the malpractices of the ownership structure, break the family-style management mode, establish a modern enterprise system, improve the corporate governance structure, expand the industrial field, increase the market share and maximize the scale and benefit of the enterprise. The achievements made by China’s market economy, especially the reform of state-owned enterprises, still have some distance from developed countries. Learning from the rich experience and lessons learned by these developed countries in the reform of state-owned enterprises can make our mixed ownership reform less detours and reduce costs.
