当航空货运竞争日益激烈,运营模式从单一服务转型为服务链的形式时,衡量航空货运服务企业竞争能力的一个重要指标就是网络覆盖率。因此,航空货运企业会采取各种各样的手段去扩展、延伸其服务链,提高网络覆盖率,以期提高企业竞争力。然而,航空货运服务的链条究竟以什么样的方式延伸,是企业在具体实施网络扩展时面临的一个难题。本文试从解释运输管理的拉纳德法则出发,论述航空货运服务网络的扩展意义及方式。
When the air cargo is increasingly fiercely competitive and its operating model is transformed from a single service to a service chain, an important indicator for measuring the competitiveness of air cargo service providers is network coverage. Therefore, air cargo companies will take a variety of means to expand, extend its service chain, improve network coverage, with a view to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. However, in what way the chain of air cargo service is extended, it is a difficult problem for enterprises to implement the network expansion. This article tries to explain the extended meaning and method of air cargo service network by explaining the law of transportation management.
