典型案例江某在甲公司提供的网络交易平台中,从个人卖家邵某处购买内衣一件,成交价79元,其上有“七天无理由退换货”的标识。江某支付了货款。收到商品后的第7日,江某以商品“尺寸与描述不符”为由申请退货。邵某称内衣为贴身用品,且其在店铺首页清晰注明了贴身用品不适用“七天无理由退换货”的说明,故拒绝了邵某的退货申请。另查,该内衣除塑料包装外另有纸盒包装,纸盒包装已毁坏,不可再利用,且内衣的外标签已摘下,但内衣本身无水洗或穿戴痕迹。
