为明晰煤矿企业突发事件应急能力的影响因素及其对这种能力产生影响的途径,基于结构方程模型(SEM)建立影响因素间的关系模型。根据对事前、事中和事后3个环节的预防、监测、控制和恢复等能力的研究,确定煤矿企业突发事件应急能力的各种影响因素,提出因素间相互关系的理论假设,建立初始SEM,并采用实证分析方法验证假设模型。结果表明:应急救援能力、应急指挥能力和企业恢复能力等是煤矿企业突发事件应急能力的直接影响因素,且应急救援能力的影响系数最大,为0.886,而应急预防能力、应急响应能力、资源准备能力和组织管理能力等通过中介变量间接影响煤矿企业突发事件应急能力。
In order to clarify the influencing factors of contingency capability of coal mine enterprises and their influence on this capability, a relational model of influencing factors was established based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). According to the research on prevention, monitoring, control and recovery of three aspects before, during and after the event, various influencing factors of contingency capability of coal mine enterprises are determined, and the theoretical assumptions of the interrelationship between factors are put forward and the initial SEM , And uses empirical analysis to verify the hypothesis model. The results show that emergency rescue capability, emergency command capability and business resilience are the direct influence factors of emergency response capability of coal mine enterprises. The emergency rescue capability has the largest influence coefficient of 0.886, while emergency prevention capability, emergency response capability, resources Preparedness and organizational management capabilities indirectly affect coal mine emergency response capabilities through intermediary variables.
