用工荒自2004年在我国出现以来,一直没有得到有效缓解,而是逐渐演变成社会现象。本文就企业缺工问题进行探讨,并提出相应策略,为企业长足发展奠定基础。
Labor shortage since its emergence in China in 2004, has not been effectively alleviate, but gradually evolved into a social phenomenon. This article discusses the problem of lack of work in enterprises and puts forward corresponding strategies to lay the foundation for the rapid development of enterprises.
