论述了监测信息工程在地质灾害防治中的作用和地位，重点就监测信息工程建设中若干高新 数据库技术的应用问题进行了探讨。根据国际上新出现的数据仓库与数据集市的概念，提出了数据 运筹的概念，并通过一个水电站的边坡地质灾害防治监测项目进行了应用研究。应用结果表明，数 据运筹技术的监测信息工程，在地质灾害预测与防治、环境保护与监测、地质工程安全监控等领域 中有着广泛的应用前景。
The role and status of monitoring information engineering in the prevention and control of geological disasters are discussed. The application of some high-tech database technologies in monitoring information engineering construction is discussed. According to the emerging concepts of data warehouse and data mart in the world, the concept of data operation is proposed and applied to the monitoring project of slope geological disaster prevention and control of a hydropower station. The application results show that the data engineering technology of monitoring and information engineering has broad application prospects in the fields of geological disaster prediction and prevention, environmental protection and monitoring, and geological engineering safety monitoring.
