杀菌处理是生产罐头食品的关键环节,目前,这一过程的实现全靠人工操作。为确保罐头质量,减轻工人劳动强度,提高劳动生产率,我们研制了WKG-2型杀菌锅微机控制系统。该系统采用DDC方式,去掉WKG-1控制仪的温度闭环控制过程中间环节,提高了性能价格比。运行以来,控制稳定、精度高,用户反应良好。本系统为一分时控制、实时处理的群控系统,可以控制4台CT7C5卧式杀菌锅,分别按各自的罐头工艺规范杀菌处理,各自独立,互不干扰。本系统对杀菌过程的温度、压力、时间等参量进行自动控制、显示,绘制温度、压力曲线。且具有温度、压力超调声光报警,
