Overview China’s monsoon climate is significant, seasonal precipitation, large variability, droughts and floods are more frequent, so the water conditions to a certain extent, restrict the structure and type of agricultural production around our country, and to a large extent affect the crops Yield level and yield potential. It is an important part of the national agricultural climate zoning to plan the overall situation scientifically and scientifically, among which the rational exploitation and utilization of water resources is an important part.
