Objective: To understand the status quo of intravenous drug allocation in different types of township hospitals in our country and to put forward countermeasures. Methods: The current situation of different types of township hospitals, the hardware configuration of intravenous drugs, human resources, the control of key indicators, rules and regulations and the establishment of standard operating procedures were surveyed by means of questionnaires and special interviews. Through the analysis of the survey results and the literature, we propose the strategy of intravenous drug allocation for different types of township hospitals. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The hardware configuration of intravenous drug in different types of township hospitals in our country are very weak. In addition, such measures as the construction of human resources, the control of key indicators, rules and regulations and standard operating procedures can not meet the quality and safety requirements of intravenous drug deployment. In order to ensure the quality of intravenous drug delivery in township hospitals, in addition to strengthening the above measures, the establishment of a venous drug distribution center or a small centralized pharmacy, a separate small purification equipment and the widespread use of premixed intravenous drugs can meet the requirements of intravenous drugs Configure quality and safety needs. No matter what type or level of township health centers are urgently required to take various measures to improve the level of intravenous drug delivery services to solve the problem of quality and safety of intravenous drug deployment in township hospitals.
