目的利用动物模型对胰岛素口含片的降糖效果进行研究。方法用四氧嘧啶诱发大鼠高血糖模型 ,半麻醉下进行口含片降糖试验。结果有较高的血糖抑制率 ,其中高剂量组血糖抑制率为 6 2 .4 7% ,低剂量组血糖抑制率为 4 2 .5 4 %。结论胰岛素含片具有较好的降糖效果 Objective To study the hypoglycemic effect of insulin buccal tablets using animal models. Methods Alloxan induced rat model of hyperglycemia, oral hypoglycemic test under semi-anesthesia. The results showed a higher rate of inhibition of blood glucose, including high-dose group, blood glucose inhibition rate was 62.7%, low-dose group, blood glucose inhibition rate of 42.54%. Conclusion Insulin tablets have a good hypoglycemic effect
