【目的/意义】寻找有效的C2C平台信息可信度计算方法,识别平台虚假信息和冗余信息,为C2C平台用户选择和购买商品提供依据和参考。【方法/过程】首先运用文献综述和层次分析法,根据信息传播理论与C2C平台的特点构建C2C平台信息可信度评价指标体系;其次提出基于加权灰色关联度的信息可信度计算方法;最后采集58同城二手手机数据验证提出方法的有效性和合理性。【结果/结论】构建了C2C平台信息可信度评价指标体系,提出了一种基于加权灰色关联度的C2C平台信息可信度计算方法,验证了方法的可操作性和实际应用价值。
[Purpose / Significance] To find effective C2C platform information credibility calculation method to identify platform false information and redundant information for C2C platform to provide users with the basis for the selection and purchase of goods and reference. 【Method / Process】 Firstly, based on the theory of information dissemination and the characteristics of C2C platform, firstly, the literature review and analytic hierarchy process were used to construct the evaluation index system of information credibility of C2C platform; secondly, a method to calculate the credibility of information was proposed based on weighted gray relational degree; finally Collecting 58 city second-hand mobile phone data validation method proposed validity and rationality. 【Result】 CONCLUSION Constructed a C2C platform information credibility evaluation index system and proposed a C2C platform information credibility calculation method based on weighted gray relational degree to verify the feasibility and practical value of the method.
