使用日产HITACHIX-650型扫描电镜实现了LiNbO3晶体的周期性电畴反转,电子束扫描是在晶体的负畴面实现的.晶体表面上的扫描轨迹是断续的,晶体表面的畴反转宽度小于晶体内部的畴反转宽度。对不同的扫描速率和扫描电流得到了不同的畴反转宽度和深度。对畴反转的机理也进行了探讨。
The periodic domain reversal of LiNbO3 crystal was achieved by Nissan HITACHIX-650 scanning electron microscope, and the electron beam scanning was realized on the negative domain of the crystal. The scanning trace on the crystal surface is intermittent, and the domain inversion width on the crystal surface is smaller than the domain inversion width inside the crystal. Different widths and depths of domain inversion are obtained for different scanning rates and scanning currents. The mechanism of domain inversion is also discussed.
