近些年来,水泥桁条在民房建筑中得到了广泛应用,为节约木材开辟了一条有效的途径。但目前有些生产厂所采用的“平模”生产工艺,普遍存在着混凝土消耗量大、台面利用率低、制品表面光洁度差、桁条易弯曲变形等问题。应用“立模”工艺生产水泥桁条,可解决平模生产中存在的这些问题,实现优质生产,降低能量消耗,提高生产效益。立模工艺与平模工艺的区别在于模具的不同。平模是依制品的窄面做模,立模则以宽面做模,生产操作方面两者并没有多大差别。立模工艺与平模工艺相比,有以下几个优点:
Cement purlins have been widely used in residential buildings in recent years, opening up an effective way to save wood. However, currently some production plants use the “flat mold” production process, there are common problems such as large consumption of concrete, low tabletop utilization rate, poor surface finish of products, and easy bending deformation of purlins. The use of the “vertical form” process to produce cement purlins can solve these problems in the production of flat molds, achieve high quality production, reduce energy consumption, and increase production efficiency. The difference between the vertical die process and the flat die process lies in the difference in the die. The flat die is modeled on the narrow surface of the product, while the vertical die is modeled on the wide surface. There are no significant differences between the two.
