我校少先队工作积极落实《纲要》精神,结合本校实际,注重团队衔接,实施争章激励取得初步成功。1.初中少先队焕发活力每年一度的初一新生换戴大号红领巾仪式、14周岁队员离队仪式和推优人团工作增强了初中少先队员的责任感和使命感。动员初中辅导员参与“初中雏鹰争章表”设计工作,探究初中雏鹰争章模式。自编的《初中雏鹰争章记录表》投入使用后,获得队员的青睐。初中队员还组建小辅导员队伍进小学课堂开展“队前教育”;为了能当好小、辅导员,队员们的活力被激活了,同时也推动了初中少先队本身的发展。
