目的:研究木兰花碱在淫羊藿属中的分布规律和影响因素。方法:超声提取,HPLC测定了淫羊藿属29个种,以及不同部位、不同生长发育时期和不同地域野生或引种的样品共80个样品。结果及结论:全部叶片样品的质量分数在0.003%~2.603%,木兰花碱含量分布具有一定的分类意义;除了巫山淫羊藿、粗毛淫羊藿和湖南淫羊藿,种内含量比较稳定;遗传因素可能是淫羊藿中的木兰花碱的含量的主要影响因素;根茎叶中木兰花碱的含量变化随叶片中的含量不同呈现不同规律类型;朝鲜淫羊藿和拟巫山淫羊藿的不同生育期含量变化表现基本一致;另外来自湖北恩施地区的几个物种存在含量异常高的类型,且异地种植后仍保持高含量,值得深入研究。
Objective: To study the distribution and influencing factors of magnolol in Epimedium. Methods: Totally 29 samples of Epimedium and 80 samples of wild or introduced samples from different regions, different growth stages and different regions were determined by ultrasonic extraction and HPLC. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The mass fraction of all leaf samples was between 0.003% and 2.603%. The content distribution of magnolol had certain classification significance. The content of intraocular content of Epimedium wushanense, Epimedium pubescens and Epimedium was relatively stable. Genetic factors may be the main factors affecting the content of Magnoliaceae in Epimedium; The content of Magnoliaceae in roots and leaves varied with the content of leaves in different patterns; Epimedium koreanum and Epimedium In the different growth stages, the changes of contents were basically the same. In addition, some species from Enshi area in Hubei Province had abnormally high contents and remained high after they were planted in other places, which deserved further study.
