土壤速效磷提取方法的研究已长达一个世纪。目前提取方法种类繁多,研究成果大量累积.如不加以系统分类并分别说明它们的适用性,将使使用者莫衷一是。本文综合大多数重要文献,先将提取方法分为:(1)早期方法;(2)勃莱方法的体系;(3)奥尔逊方法的体系;(4)强碱性提取法体系;(5)酸性提取法体系;(6)水提取法体系;(7)螯合剂提取法体系;(8)联合提取剂与通用提取剂的进展。本文中分别介绍了各大类方法的适用性、优缺点与近期国内外的研究成果。最后,再以各大土类为钢,说明其速效磷形态、性质的要点,并据以提出一种或数种最为适用的土壤速效磷提取方法,供今后研究工作中作参考。
Soil available phosphorus extraction methods of research for over a century. At present, there are a large variety of extraction methods and a large number of research results, which will make the user misunderstood if they are not systematically classified and their applicability is separately stated. In this paper, we summarize most of the important literatures. Firstly, we divide the extraction methods into (1) the early method, (2) the Bree method system, (3) the Olson method system, (4) the strong alkaline extraction method, 5) acidic extraction system; (6) water extraction system; (7) chelating agent extraction system; (8) the joint extraction agent and the general extraction progress. In this paper, the applicability, advantages and disadvantages, and the recent research results at home and abroad are introduced respectively. Finally, the soil of each major type is used as steel to illustrate the main points of its available phosphorus form and nature. Based on this, one or several most suitable soil available phosphorus extraction methods are proposed for future reference.
