为取得“采-充-留”协调开采岩层移动控制新技术中煤柱合理留宽,阐述了该技术的设计原则与布置方式。采用相似材料模型试验和数值模拟分析,取得单侧充填模式下煤柱失效宽度与采深、采厚之间关系,揭示了充留联合支撑体的相互作用。试验表明,柱旁充填可减小煤柱留设宽度,提高煤柱支撑强度;煤柱单侧充填失效宽度为不充失效宽度的29.8%~33.1%,柱旁单侧充填时煤柱宽度应大于(0.006 4~0.006 8)MH,才能保证煤柱的稳定。
In order to obtain a reasonable stay of coal pillar in the new technology of rock movement control for “mining - charge - stay” coordinated mining, the design principles and arrangement of the technology are expounded. Similar material model tests and numerical simulations were carried out to determine the relationship between the failure width of coal pillars and the depth of mining and mining under unilateral filling mode and to reveal the interaction between charge and support. The test results show that the column-side filling can reduce the reserved width of coal pillar and improve the strength of coal pillar support. The failure width of unilateral filling of coal pillar is 29.8% -33.1% Greater than (0.006 4 ~ 0.006 8) MH, in order to ensure the stability of pillars.
