随着餐饮行业竞争的白热化,餐饮市场进入买方市场时代。中餐宴会的“特色化”和“个性化”将成为餐饮企业吸引顾客、创造利润的关键。本文以全国职业院校技能大赛选拔赛的一项中餐宴会主题设计为例,详细阐述该主题宴会设计的细节,为同行宴会主题设计抛砖引玉,提供参考。
With the fierce competition in the catering industry, the catering market has entered the buyer’s market. The “specialization” and “personalization” of Chinese banquet will be the key to the catering enterprises to attract customers and make profits. This article takes the design of a Chinese banquet theme in the trials of the national vocational college skill contest as an example, elaborates the details of the theme banquet design, and provides reference for the feast theme design of the counterparts.
