目的 评价盾叶薯蓣制剂杀钉螺卵的效果。 方法 采用药液浸泡法对不同发育阶段的螺卵细胞进行孵化阻滞实验 ,用点斜法和直线回归法作统计分析。 结果 10 mg/L 浓度浸泡 48h杀灭 1d卵龄螺卵的效果可达到 80 % ,其L D5 0 为 10 .2 8mg/L(斜率 b=1.976 7) ,杀灭 2 0 d卵龄螺卵的效果 <5 % ;测定的生物效应与螺卵的卵龄呈负相关。 结论 盾叶薯蓣制剂对 1d和 5 d卵龄螺卵具有良好的杀灭效果 ,而对 2 0 d卵龄螺卵的杀灭作用不明显
Objective To evaluate the effect of Dioscorea zingiberensis preparation on snail eggs. Methods Incubation method was used to test the hatching retardation of spheroid eggs at different developmental stages. Statistical analysis was made by point-inclined method and linear regression method. Results The results showed that the effective dose of 10 mg / L of soaking 48h for 1 day of oviposition could reach 80%, and the L D50 was 10.28mg / L (slope b = 1.976 7) Of the effect of <5%; measured biological effects and spleen egg age was negatively correlated. Conclusion Dioscorea zingiberensis wadding has a good killing effect on 1d and 5d eggs, but not on 20d eggs
