[前言] 旅游业发展到今天,赋于“旅游”这两个字一种全新的含义——新的消费模式。这就是说,人们需要新的、使人产生深刻印象的、丰富多彩的旅游产品和服务。目前,国际旅游市场对旅游产品的需求呈现出这样的特点:细分、多样、专项、灵活,老的传统的旅游方式、旅游活动已不适应目前的市场需求。面对需求多变、不断细分的市场,如何充分发挥上海这个国际大都市的优势,吸引世界各个地区、各个层次的潜在消费者对上海的兴趣和向往,这个问题是上海旅游业发展的重要课题,必须引起足够的重视。笔者从多年的旅游实践和理论研究中,深刻体会到:都
