生药黄连的水浸出液与盐酸小蘖碱的水溶液进行体外抑菌试验比较，结果说明生药黄连水浸出液抑菌明显，盐酸小蘖碱抑菌不明显。
The in vitro antibacterial test of the aqueous extract of Coptis chinensis and the aqueous solution of berberine hydrochloride showed that the antibacterial activity of the crude drug Coptis extract was obvious, and the berberine hydrochloride had no obvious antibacterial effect.
