将Vague集理论引入燃煤锅炉结渣的评判中,同时采用距离意义下相似度量新方法对4台运行锅炉进行了评判.结果表明:这种新的锅炉评判方法是合理可行的,与通常模式识别方法相比,此方法所得数据结果能使现场运行人员较容易得出当前运行锅炉的结渣状况,并能较好地消除干扰因素的影响.另外,笔者开发的在线评判系统不仅能对锅炉结渣状况进行实时监视,而且还具有扩充样本锅炉数据库和对数据结果进行有效处理的功能.
The Vague set theory is introduced into the judgment of coal-fired boiler slagging, and four running boilers are evaluated by the new method of similarity measure in the distance sense.The results show that this new boiler evaluation method is reasonable and feasible, Compared with the identification method, the data obtained by this method can make it easier for field operators to draw the slagging status of the boiler in operation and eliminate the influence of interference factors. In addition, the online evaluation system developed by the author not only can effectively control the boiler Slagging conditions for real-time monitoring, but also to expand the sample boiler database and data processing functions effectively.
