一、绪言在锅炉酸洗中,为了防止酸对锅炉材料的腐蚀,通常是在酸液中添加缓蚀剂。但是,即使用添加缓蚀剂的酸液,锅炉材料还是随着产生针状点蚀而引起显著的腐蚀。这种腐蚀一般是由锅炉内的锅垢和腐蚀生成物溶解在酸液里而产生 Fe~3和 Cu~2离子所引起的。只把普通的缓蚀剂加在酸液里,还不能充分缓蚀。该试验,首先调查了酸液中 Fe~(3+)和 Cu~(2+)的浓度对有焊缝的锅炉钢板试片发生腐蚀和孔
