采用16项人格特质问卷．调查应届卫校学生与在职高级护理专业大专班学生的人格特质，结果显示，两组在兴奋性、怀疑性、幻想性、实验性、紧张性有显著差异。卫校中专组在怀疑性表现为低分，其余为高分。
16 personality trait questionnaires were used. The personality traits of the fresh students in the nursing school and the senior nursing students in active care were investigated. The results showed that the two groups were significantly different in excitability, suspicion, fantasy, experimentation, and tension. The Guardian School Technical College scored low scores on suspicion and the rest scored high.
